Striploin Steak

The steakhouse classic. The striploin (New York strip) has a firm, satisfying bite, bold beef flavour, and a strip of fat along one edge that bastes the steak as it cooks.

From 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle raised right here in Elmvale, Ontario, then flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour.

Best for: Grilling or pan-searing over high heat. Render the fat cap by standing the steak on its edge for a minute, cook to medium-rare, and rest 5 minutes before slicing.
