Yes. Our cattle are raised on pasture right here on our farm in Elmvale, Ontario. No feedlots, no shortcuts — just animals raised the way our family has always done it.

No added hormones, ever. If an animal needs antibiotics for its health, it's treated and removed from our beef program. What goes in your freezer is exactly what we feed our own family.

Grass-fed beef is naturally a deeper red with less marbling than grain-finished grocery beef. That's the pasture diet — it also means richer flavour and leaner cuts.

We deliver farm-to-door across Simcoe County. Delivery areas include Barrie, Midhurst, Oro-Medonte, Alcona, Innisfil, Alliston, Cookstown, and more. If you do not see your area listed, please contact us for special arrangements.

Delivery is free for customers within our delivery zones on orders over $100.00 - For orders under $100.00 a fee per km will apply.

Orders are delivered:
Tuesdays: Innisfil, Bradford & Newmarket

Wednesday: Barrie & Midhurst

Thursday: Alliston & Cookstown

Friday: Angus

We are not accepting orders for pickup for other delivery methods at this time.

Not at this time. As we're just getting started, we're currently focusing on offering individual cuts through our online store. Quarter, half, and whole beef options will be available in the future as we're able to expand and process larger orders. Be sure to check back or follow us on social media for updates as these options become available.

We securely process payments through Shopify, which accepts most major credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods available at checkout. If you're unable to use one of these payment options, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to discuss an alternative payment method.

When kept frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below, most cuts can be stored for up to 12 months while maintaining excellent quality. For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying your beef within the first year.
