Local Delivery Only — We Don't Ship
GrayCon Farms delivers every order ourselves. We do not use couriers or postal shipping, and we cannot send orders outside our delivery area. We currently deliver to homes in Barrie, Innisfil (including Churchill, Lefroy, Belle Ewart, and Gilford), Cookstown, Bradford, Newmarket, Midhurst, Alliston, and Angus. Your postal code at checkout determines eligibility — if delivery isn't offered for your address, you're outside our current area. We're growing our delivery zone over time, so check back.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries go out once a week. Order by Sunday at midnight to be included in that week's delivery run — orders placed after Sunday are delivered the following week. After you place your order, we'll contact you to confirm your delivery day.
Delivery Fees
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders under $100 include a delivery fee, which is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Receiving Your Order
Everything we deliver is frozen and needs to go straight into your freezer, so someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
If you won't be home, you can choose unattended delivery: leave a cooler at your front door and write "cooler at door" in the delivery instructions at checkout. We'll pack your order into your cooler at drop-off. By choosing unattended delivery, you accept responsibility for your order from the moment it is placed in your cooler. GrayCon Farms is not liable for spoilage, temperature loss, damage, or theft that occurs after an unattended drop-off.
If no one is home and no cooler has been left out, we cannot leave frozen meat unattended. Your order will return with us and we'll contact you to arrange delivery on our next weekly run.
Cold Chain
Your order is flash-frozen at the farm and stays frozen from our freezer to your door. Once delivered, please transfer it to your freezer promptly.
