From 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle raised right here in Elmvale, Ontario, then flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour.

Best for: Special occasions. Roast low (250°F) until 10 degrees under your target, rest 30 minutes, then blast at 500°F for a crust — the reverse sear. Bones in means more flavour and a built-in roasting rack.
